Araya Rasdjarmrearnsook

Themes of female identity, sexuality, and mortality lie behind the images of death and lament in the work of Araya Rasdjarmrearnsook. 


She received her MFA from Silpakorn University, Bangkok, in 1986; a Diplom Fuer Bildende Kuenste from Hochschule Fuer Bildende Kuenste Braunschweig in 1990 (DAAD); and Meisterschuelerin, Hochschule Fuer Bildende Kuenste Braunschweig, Germany, in 1994.
